The Sensi Thermostat has made our lives easier and saved us money. See my review here:
This is my review for the Sensi Thermostat that is Wi-Fi and smart enabled. It actually does work with Amazon Alexa, which now she thinks I’m talking to her. I’ll show you that in a second. It’s also really simple to use. I can just turn this just like a normal thermostat, which is sometimes useful if you’re just walking by.
Speaker 2: [inaudible 00:00:21].
Speaker 1: Now, the name of my … The wife set this up, so she’s not very technical, and she said it was pretty easy for her. That’s a good sign. I think the setup is very easy. I think maybe the worst part is actually some of the electrical stuff back there, but she did do it in I think, I believe it was 30 to 60 minutes now. The name of the device is actually [Hood Family 00:00:53], so we’ll see what we can do here. Alexa, set Hood Family to 69 degrees.
Speaker 2: Setting Hood Family [B 00:01:04] to 69.
Speaker 1: See how that works. It didn’t show up there, but it did sound like the Amazon echoed that. We’ll see if it responds to that soon, but it does work that way. It has worked in the past and also works with your smartphone. Maybe if you leave the heat on or the AC on when you’re at work, you can just bust out your smartphone and get it on there. It’s actually pretty nice, and for the price, I mean, it seems like it does everything you really need it to do.
There’s an easy schedule. If you’ve ever set on like a thermostat that’s like this where you have to set the schedule on here, it’s very difficult. On the app, it’s very easy to set the schedule. You can set exactly when you want it to go to what temperatures. Yeah, that’s very useful. I had it recommended. I think it’s a great deal. Like this video. Thanks for watching. Bye.
